As the Head of CRN/Trade-in programs at Samsung Electronics America, Craig and his team are responsible for leading SEA’s Circular Economy efforts including the supply and collection of traded-in devices as well as the subsequent production and sales category management of Samsung Certified Re-Newed devices.
Craig's experience in the wireless industry spans over 20 years, where he has served in various levels of increasing responsibility most recently with T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon. Prior to joining Verizon in 2007, he worked with Circuit City for 4+ years, leading multiple retail locations within the South East.
Craig attended North Carolina State University where he studied Computer Engineering and is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, where he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing.
