He oversees strategy, innovation, and execution across a complex, multi-brand ecosystem, with a focus on operational excellence, customer impact, and turning bold ideas into action.

He brings a unique combination of financial, operational, and sales expertise, helping people understand the “why behind the what” and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

David is recognized for his visionary approach to customer engagement, applying a “3 feet and 1 click” mindset to optimize sales and service channels across digital, retail, and third-party partnerships. With over twenty years of experience in the prepaid industry, he combines his unparalleled expertise in wireless and broadband, new product growth, and go-to-market strategy with a proven ability to scale businesses in competitive, fast-moving markets. Known for his people-first leadership, he is passionate about developing talent and driving measurable results, positioning him to lead Verizon Value through its next stages of innovation and growth.

Previously, David served as Verizon Value’s first Chief Revenue Officer, where he led channel and promotional strategies, value proposition, sales and revenue performance, and distribution across all brands. His career also includes senior leadership roles as Senior Vice President and General Manager of High-Speed Internet at T-Mobile and several senior leadership positions at Sprint. Across these positions, he successfully guided large, nationwide organizations through startup, turnaround, and hypergrowth phases, managing businesses with annual revenue ranging from $1 billion to $8 billion.
