As the Senior Vice President - Distribution for MobileX Global, Jason Biado leads strategic direction and operations for the Wholesale, Big Box, Master Agent, and Dealer channels. During his initial year with MobileX, Biado has expanded the company's retail footprint by thousands of retail locations and grown their Master Agent partnerships by 5x. During the third and fourth quarters of 2025, MobileX was awarded the Wave7 Momentum Award due to the explosive dealer channel growth.
Jason brings thirty years of industry experience, having worked at leading international and domestic telecommunication companies. Biado recently led the Channel Expansion and Sales Development teams at Dish Wireless and Boost Mobile where he expanded their retail footprint from a single big box partner to over 40,000 locations including Walmart, BestBuy, Target, and Kroger. Biado also led the development of the organizations Emergency Broadband Benefit Program which provided digital connectivity to hundreds of thousands of customers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before joining Dish, Biado founded and led startup Summit Mobile, LLC. and spent over thirteen years building Cricket Wireless as a Vice President, General Manager, and special advisor to the CEO.
Biado is a member of the NWIDA Board of Advisers, holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Regis University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is a veteran of the United State Marine Corps.
