John first entered the Wireless industry in 1999, at the age of 18. He began as a wireless representative and has in the past quarter century worked in leadership roles from Store Manager to Regional Director to President. The companies he has worked with include Nextel, Alltel, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Cingular, AT&T, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile and Metro By T-Mobile. He has many accomplishments including #1 Florida B2B Sales for Verizon Wireless in 2016, #1 overall Nashville Metro By T-Mobile Dealer 2019, 2020 and 2021, Top Overall Metro By T-Mobile Dealer, Mid-Atlantic Region 2020 and most recently, #1 Region nationally for VIP Wireless as Regional Market Manager for South FL. His greatest achievements are the many teams and individuals he has been able to help, develop and grow.
He is currently the Founder and Head Coach for Winning Retail where he currently helps owners, leaders and teams elevate their business through coaching and training his Experts that CARE framework. He is also the founder and President of People Mobile Corp, a Total by Verizon retailer focused in Tampa Bay Florida. He has a passion for leadership and is convinced that building and cultivating a people centric culture is the only way to win in our business.
